The name is filled with big hopes of everything more than just an average win; a jackpot, a bonus, winnings that will change your life forever. But does the name and the expectations match up in reality? And can they compete with other casino reviews? Do you really hit the jackpot with Myjackpot Casino? We decided to investigate. Myjackpot Casino Bonuses and Promotions

The Myjackpot Casino bonuses and promotions are quite prominently displayed on the site in a dedicated tab at the top of the homepage. This is where you can find all the information relating to bonus and promotion news and events, the loyalty program outline (which we’ll discuss in-depth a little later) as well as all the bonus T’s & C’s. Some of the bonus and promotion perks on offer are: a deposit bonus, a welcome bonus, free bonus slot spins, competitions with big prizes and winnings, tournaments and holiday-related bonuses and promotions.

We found the page on the site dedicated to the bonus T’s & C’s very odd. We have never come across something like that in all our years of reviewing online casinos. Although the intention might be to take away any potential confusion when it comes to the welcome bonus and any other bonus-related T’s & C’s, we merely perceived it as too much bonus T’s & C’s if it takes up an entire dedicated page on the site.

How to Register a Casino Account at Myjackpot Casino UK

The Sign Up tab is just as prominent on this online casino site than the Promotions tab. As with most online casinos the registration process is fairly simple and only requires a username (which with Myjackpot Casino can be a player’s email address), a password and a few other details. From there on logging in and making a first deposit is just as easy for a player with the log in being (you guessed it) prominently displayed at the top of the Myjackpot Casino site homepage.

Casino License

Trying to find Myjackpot Casino’s licensing is like trying to find a needle in an online casino haystack. Not only did we struggle to find this information on the site itself and the rest of cyberspace, we also found conflicting information. Some say it’s licensed and regulated in Malta, others claim its Gibraltar. The only thing we found fairly safe to assume is that it is licensed and regulated as something and somewhere in Great Britain. For an online casino with dedicated pages on their online casino site for all kinds of T’s & C’s the fact that they’re not as transparent about their licensing would be concerning for any avid online games player. We finally managed to find the information within the site’s FAQ’s stating that the casino is operated by Dazzletag Entertainment and licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority. We also found it quite enlightening that their responsible gambling resources and tools are hidden away as a small print footnote at the bottom of the gambling and gaming site. This is in stark contrast to their highlighted and dedicated pages for promotions and signing up. Not even the banner promoting responsible gambling that is momentarily displayed could salvage this blatantly clear slip up of Myjackpot Casino.

The Casino Design

Any player who has ever found themselves on the Myjackpot Casino site can probably already know what our review of the design and layout will be. It has the design look and feel of one of the original old-school HTML sites from way back when. Although the site is user-friendly in terms of getting the gambling and gaming basics done, the layout makes it almost impossible to find anything else on this online casino.

If a player wants to know whether the site hosts live casino games they will have to scroll through the myriad of games on the home page or scroll down to the tiny small print at the bottom of the casino site. If a player wants to find out anything about the Myjackpot Casino site in general… once again, you’ll find it neatly tucked away as a minor footnote at the bottom of the page. The tabs and categories where under a player can find information also makes little sense. Why a loyalty program falls under promotions we will never know.

If a player would like to find out about things such as wagering, payment methods, deposits or withdrawals, they’ll have to scour the various pages of T’s & C’s in the hopes of finding it or end up having to contact customer support (simply adding a few payment method logos to the bottom of an online casino’s page doesn’t help players much). The only things a player can do with easy on this site is sign up and actually play the online casino games. But yet again, how you’re going to get your hands on your winnings after a jackpot or a win remains a T’s & C’s pages mystery.

As mentioned earlier, the live Casino isn’t predominantly visible on Myjackpot Casino. Players will have to go looking for it to find it. But live casino is available on the platform and we actually quite enjoyed their specific pick of games. This includes game titles such as Roulette, Deal or no Deal and Monopoly.

Once again, the site features all the favourites and most well-known game providers within the online gambling and gaming community. Players can expect to find games by developers such as Evolution, Eyecon, Red Tiger, Microgaming, Blueprint Gaming etc.

Loyalty Program/VIP

As previously mentioned, players can find the loyalty program information under the promotions tab on the site. The loyalty program is quite elaborate and is divided into three parts: loyalty points, XP points and a VIP program. Loyalty points are earned through any/all game play on the site. These points can be used to buy bonuses in the casino’s loyalty shop.

When wagering real money, a player will earn XP points (Experience Points). These points are used to establish a player’s XP level with each level unlocking more bonuses and loyalty points. The site claims to have paid out the winnings of 6500 jackpots already, so we’re also assuming that there is a way for players to make a deposit and withdrawal, but there’s nowhere on the site that these payment processes are properly explained beforehand without scouring the T’s & C’s pages. 

Myjackpot Casino Mobile Casino

The website and platform is 100% mobile compatible for on-the-go game play on a player’s mobile phone or other mobile devices, but there is no downloadable Myjackpot Casino app available.

Customer Support

The support tab is quite prominent at the top of the online casino site. This is a good things since you’ll probably need them quite often. The customer support tab is probably the only part of this casino site that is adequately categorised. You can search the FAQ’s via categories such as account related, bonus related, loyalty related, reliability and prevention and account history. Alternatively you can complete and send a customer support query form.

Security to Protect Players

With all the confusion the casino site causes and the fact that they are not very transparent about certain things, we didn’t feel very safe and secure during our game play. The Myjackpot Casino games are tested by independent third parties such as eCOGRA and iTechLabs to ensure fair game play. But fair game play is not going to help a player much when they start struggling to get their winnings paid out. The fact that responsible gambling was treated as a bit of an afterthought on the site didn’t sit well with us either. Myjackpot Casino is definitely not one of the online casinos that made us feel exceptionally comfortable.

Our Expert Conclusion

If a player is just looking for simple and fun game play and is not too concerned about a variety of wagering requirements, T’s & C’s or the actual withdrawal of their winnings on a site, we’d say go for it. But with the amount of competition out there in terms of online casinos these days, Myjackpot Casino still has a long way to go before this becomes the platform of choice for online game players. We will definitely not recommend this online casino platform as a first stop to other players.
