Barbados Casino Review
Hands down the worst online casino platform we’ve ever played on. The entire site was constantly glitching. The fact that Barbados Casino then wants to ensure us of the safety on their site is almost laughable. Barbados Casino will never see us again and we’re sure other avid online game players will follow suit.
Welcome to the casino site that the developers forgot about. With raw script all over some of the pages and warning messages from every browser we tried, this online casino site makes sure to keep the excitement alive by making us wonder what will happen next. In this casino review, we take a closer look at Barbados Casino (which serves to remind players that they always need to update their anti-virus software). Find out what made us feel so uneasy in this Barbados Casino review.

Barbados Casino Bonuses and Promotions
To even get a functioning promotions page in order to take a look at a bonus, we had to try various browsers, only to find that the promotions page only worked properly in Internet Explorer.
Barbados Casino has a great welcome bonus offer in which the site doubles a new player’s first deposit up to €200, whilst also handing out 100 free spins. However, the T’s & C’s state that the site will only match 100% of the first deposit, not 200% as the banner states and the free spins that comes with the first deposit are 20, not 100. To get 40 additional free spins, players need to make a min deposit of €20 on the second day. To get the other 40 free spins, players need to make a min deposit of €20 on the third day. The wagering requirements are x35 on the casino welcome bonus, which is decent, but not good considering the circumstances.
To top it off, players need to play and use all free spins within one day to even get the bonuses to wager. After that one day, the spins disappear. We couldn’t find any other real promotions, but in the loyalty program, players get offered some free spins and bonus spins on certain slots and slot games. The wagering requirements are x35 on these too.

How to Register a Casino Account at Barbados Casino?
If any new players wants to register an account to play on Barbados Casino, they can do so through the ‘Join’ button in the upper right corner of the site. The registration is super easy, but after what we’ve experienced we doubt it’s even worth the effort.
Casino License
The owners of this train wreck of an online casino site is Aspire Global International LTD. It’s based in Malta and is licensed under the Remote Gaming Regulation of Malta. For all operations in the UK, Aspire Global International LTD is licensed by The UK Gambling Commission.
The Casino Design
Barbados Casino is the least user-friendly online casino site we have been on so far, and we have been on plenty. Which is a shame because the theme, banners and games really deserve more. In the top banner we see Gonzo from Gonzo’s Quest alongside some other characters, propped on a beautiful beach. We think Gonzo deserves a website that doesn’t accidentally redirect players to another site when they choose another language, trap them on the homepage or mix several different languages and currencies in the welcome bonus page. Yes, all of that happened – more than once. The same things happen on the mobile platform.
Navigating Barbados Casino is an adventure compared to any other casinos (and not the good kind). So far, we have been met by the scripts of the homepage, an empty promotions page, mixed languages and currencies and randomly got sent to Hopa Casino. We just never know what will come our way when we click on a link on this site. Anywhere we go, we’re met with a little warning triangle in our browser that says “Some components on this site is not secure”, which is not something anyone wants to see on an online casino site that will handle their money. Luckily, the games here work as well as on any other site. This is a saving grace for Barbados Casino, but not nearly enough to make us convinced that this is an online casino that any player should consider.
Casino Games Available
We are met with 3 main tabs at the top of the Barbados Casino site: Casino games, Live Casino, and Virtual Sports. Why they bothered to have a Virtual Sports section is beyond us, since it contains a total of 3 games: Golden Race, League England and Tournament Championships. The majority of the games on this site are casino games such as slots, table games and live casino games. The Casino games section is where we find the majority of the games at Barbados Casino. Players can choose to filter the games based on a few categories, such as Slots, Jackpots, Table Games, New and All Games. We found that All Games, really meant ALL Games, as we found the entire Live Casino catalogue and the lonely 3 Virtual Sports games here.
Amongst the Jackpots and Slots, we come across Starburst from NetEnt, Irish Eyes from Nextgen Gaming and Lost Vegas from Microgaming. In the Table Games section, we find a wide variety of Roulette and Blackjack. All the new games will of course be found under the “New” tab. The Live Casino section is where we get impressed. It’s really a shame that most of Barbados Casino is so bad, because they really have an impressive amount of Live Casino games available. The Live Casino games are divided into Salon Privé, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Game Shows, Live Baccarat & Sic Bo and Live Poker. Wherever we go on the Barbados Casino site, we are perpetually followed by the welcome bonus that prompts new players to sign up and get the cash and free spins on Starburst.
Barbados Casino Live Casino
As said earlier in the casino review, Barbados Casino has made an impressive Live Casino games library available. We can’t really find any type of live games missing in their selection.
Game Providers
We couldn’t find any list of game providers at Barbados Casino, but we recognized some software developers by their games. Those we could identify were Microgaming, Netent, Nextgen Gaming, PlayNGo, Just For the Win, Red Tiger, Realistic Games and iSoftBet. Aspire Global International LTD also has their own games on the site, but by that stage based on what we experienced with their website, we were too afraid to open them.
Loyalty Program / VIP
The loyalty program at Barbados Casino is called the Exclusive Club and is divided into 7 levels: New Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Premium and Prestige. The page dedicated to this program is very informative, but the loyalty program itself is unnecessarily intricate compared to other online casinos. The levels increase according to the amount of loyalty points a player earns and a player will earn loyalty points with their game play. Therefore, the more a player plays, the more points they will earn and reach levels quicker which, in turn, unlocks more rewards and bonuses. Players will start off with various types of free spins to play with, and eventually end up on the Prestige level (if they deposit enough money and play enough games), where players get a €100 cash bonus to play with as well as a personal account manager. The last two levels and bonuses are just for those who are regularly gambling and gaming on the Barbados Casino platform.
Deposit and Withdrawals Options
Barbados Casino offers a wide variety of payment options. To make a deposit, players may choose between Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, Klarna, Trustly, Skrill, NETeller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, PayPal, Rapid Transfer, GiroPay, Interac, AstroPay, Euteller, eps, CashtoCode and Paysafecard.
For withdrawals, players may use Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, bank transfer, Trustly, Skrill, NETeller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, PayPal, Rapid Transaction and AstroPay. The withdrawal time varies depending on which payment method is used. We can’t find information anywhere that states any min deposit or withdrawal. Considering how much this website glitches and how poorly it functions, we would not deposit any money here.
Barbados Casino Mobile Casino
The Barbados Casino mobile casino is worse than the desktop one. We would not recommend using the mobile casino unless a player wants to experience a poorly designed and glitchy mobile casino platform. We are thankful for the fact that they have not made a downloadable app. We shudder to think how that would work.
Customer Support
The customer support on Barbados Casino seems to be quite decent. They are committed to CARE – Customers Are Really Everything. But where is that dedication regarding the rest of the site? The customer support section seems to embrace that commitment, though. Barbados Casino has made a large and somewhat intricate help section available, in which players can find answers to most of their questions. If that’s not enough, Barbados Casino offers their players a live chat that is open every day between 8am and 1am. Players can also contact the platform via an email, but we’d rather opt for the live chat.
Security to Protect Players
We don’t trust the security on this website, to be blunt. It is just too glitchy to be taken seriously. During this casino review, we did find that Barbados Casino is regulated by both the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission, which is at least something to trust when it comes to how the site is handled.
Our Expert Conclusion
The good parts of Barbados Casino are exclusively the games and their customer support section. After what we’ve experienced, we figure that the customer support is good, because it has to be. In this review, we found that Barbados Casino doesn’t compare to other online casinos at all and it has little to do with their content. Most casinos will make sure to have a functioning gambling site before filling it with slots, Poker and other casino games to play. No, we highly recommend that players give Barbados Casino a skip.
